Chronic diseases
The role of diet (lack of vitamins and minerals) in the cause and prevention of chronic diseases is well established. A lack of loving tender care, too, can cause disease as well as the long term side effects of drugs and the exposure to toxic, hazardous substances in our daily diet or environment (e.g. electro smog).
The bowel system, described by ancient doctors as the root of man, requires our special attention as this important system detoxifies the body and plays an important role in establishing a healthy and balanced immune system. If the toxic substances are not eliminated from the body, the hazardous deposits can cause chronic problems such as joint pains, migraine, allergies, asthma or chronic fatigue syndrome.
