Bach Flower Remedies
Bach Flower Remedies are dilutions of flower essences which were developed by the German Dr Edward Bach. Flower remedies form a part of alternative medicine. They are used to treat mental and emotional symptoms which are believed to be the root cause of many diseases. The Flower Remedies are made of non toxic substances, with the idea that a positive (constructive) energy can rebalance or neutralize negative (destructive) energy. We know of 38 original Bach Flower Remedies plus the Rescue Remedy
Mistletoe
The well-known Mistletoe is a parasitic, evergreen plant. It grows on the branches of a wide range of trees, preferring those with soft bark, where it forms pendent bushes, 2 to 5 feet in diameter. The name was originally applied to Viscum album and later related to other species, too. Worldwide there are about 1330 mistletoe species. Most mistletoes are only partial parasites, as they bear evergreen leaves and carry out some photosynthesis of their own, relying on the host mainly for mineral nutrients from the ground. The leaves and young wigs are the parts used by herbalists, and it is popular in Europe, especially in Germany, for treating cancer.
Ozone
Ozone was discovered in 1840 by the German chemist Friedrich Schonbein. Ozone is a chemical compound consisting of three oxygen atoms (O3). It is a highly energetic form of normal atmospheric oxygen (O2).
